Hello world!

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I realized we pretty much lived for food. It’s true. Weekends are planned on Monday. I research restaurants all week. We decide where to go, bring a camera, and order enough food to kill a child. Our goal? Try and eat at a new restaurant every week.

So we decided, why not write about all the food we eat. So we are.

What makes it even better? I’m a vegetarian. She’s not. We got all the bases covered.

We’ll also be posting recipes we try. And since I’m a impulsive buyer, reviews of all the junk food I tend to buy while I’m at work.

As I said, we like food.

Alanna – Thanks for the warm welcome, and Happy Anniversary! Also, thanks for the links. I have them open in my browser as we speak….er…I type.

Lisa – Thank you as well for the warm welcome. I’m glad to hear you like the Chicago/Suburbs reviews. I’m hoping to add some more in depth ones over the next couple weeks.

I’ll be adding a link to your site as well. I loved reading about the pasta class, and anyone who mentions Hoops and Yo Yo is AOK in my eyes.

Hi there, another welcome to the wonderful world of food blogging. I will have to add you to my list of Chicago food blogs. Your restaurant reviews feature is nice; it may help me next time I go up to the city.

    Best wishes!
